How The Process Works
1. Discovery
You will begin by filling out a discovery worksheet, followed by a comprehensive 90-minute visioning session. Together, we will unveil the essence of your story, uncover your unique style, and form your brand's vision. We'll explore your objectives and establish concrete goals and a client avatar for your branding strategy.
4. Brand Execution
After finalizing your brand identity design, I'll proceed with creating your marketing materials. These preselected assets will enable you to maintain a cohesive presence across social media, email campaigns, and any other platforms where your creative vision leads you.
2. Element Creation
Based on your aligned brand idenity, I'll start crafting your mood boards, colors, fonts, and other visual brand elements. We'll review different elements to capture your vision, and then carefully select a color palette to evoke the right perception among your target audience.
5. Branding Material
Once all elements are finalized, I will furnish you with essential deliverables, including your new Brand Board, Brand Story Playbook, along with all logo files and social media icons. These logo files are thoughtfully crafted in various formats and colors as needed, ensuring versatility and compatibility across different platforms.
3. Brand Design
Our logo creation session involves sketching numerous logo concepts. We then refine and iterate on these concepts to present 3-5 options for review. Our ultimate aim is to create a logo that embodies simplicity, memorability, and versatility, ensuring seamless adaptation across print, digital, and merchandise platforms.
6. Brand Launch

Fill out my client application here so I can better understand your needs. All VIP days need to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Once your 50% deposit comes through, I'll send over the contract. I only book 4 VIP Design Intensives a month so grab your spot!

3 Days Before
I'll send over your schedule so you will know exactly what to expect and when I may need you for feedback. It is important that you are available for questions and to provide feed back throughout the day.

You'll recieve an email with all the details of your big day and things you need to complete leading up to your Design Intensive Day.

Your VIP Day Is Here
On your VIP Design Intensive Day, I'll get up bright and early, fully committed and undistracted. I am totally focused on you and your project alone. Throughout the day, I'll maintain communication to gather your feedback on the progress and ensure we consistently steer in the right direction.
5 Days Before VIP Day
After completing your questionnaire and assembling your design punch list, you'll include any relevant copy, graphics, images, or essential details. This will provide me with the opportunity to review everything, formulate a comprehensive plan, and reach out to you with any potential follow-up questions, if needed.
The Day After
And just like Christmas morning, you'll wake up to all your final files wrapped up in a nice and neat little virtual file ties up with a big red bow! Now it's time to launch your new business, new service, or just new look to the world! I will be available for questions and any support for up to one week after your VIP Day.
