  • Will you just make me a logo?
    No. In my honest belief, crafting a remarkable brand that can wholeheartedly sustain your business in the long run necessitates a holistic approach, encompassing all brand elements. While the logo holds significance, it is merely a small fragment of the larger puzzle.
  • What are some of the add-ons for the Branding Package?
    You have the flexibility to tailor each brand package by incorporating any of the following add-ons: brochures, banners, flyers, business cards, or other marketing collateral. These items are priced at booking. Canva Instagram templates can also we added for an additional $500. This is a packet of custom designed templates along with an posting strategy. Many clients choose to add our Brand Photoshoot Guide for an additional $250. This will help make sure your photoshoot is on brand!
  • What web platforms do you design on?
    We have a diverse portfolio of platforms. We currently use WordPress, WIX, and Show It. We select the platform based on the functionality of what you need your website to do. Different platforms offer different services/functionalities so want to make sure we have options to create the best site we can, not only is apperance but also in function. For e-commerce businesses Shopify site can be quoted separately.
  • Thirty days seems quick to create a brand. How do you do it?
    I exclusively focus on one client at a time for all custom design projects, ensuring a personalized and attentive service with swift delivery times. Throughout the quoting process, I will transparently communicate if the project's complexity requires additional time for completion. Rest assured, your project will receive my full dedication and commitment.
  • Can I book a website project without branding?
    To maintain a cohesive design, I highly advise clients to opt for the same designer for both branding and website development. As a result, I usually undertake full website design projects only for those who have previously utilized my branding services. However, if you have worked with another designer whose brand philosophy aligns with mine, please don't hesitate to reach out via email. I'll gladly review the branding and assess if I'm the best fit for your website design needs. Your satisfaction is my priority.
  • I really don't want to write my own copy. Is this something you can do?
    Oh yes! We have a fantastic copywriter on our team! Your branding or webiste design package does not include copywriting but it is certainly something we can add-on to make sure that your brand is cohesive on all aspects. Our copywriting packages start at $1800. I'll be happy to discuss more about this on our discovery call.
  • What is a brand story playbook?
    Your Brand Story Playbook is a dynamic digital handbook that serves as the home for your brand identity and assets. Imagine a shareable digital hub, readily accessible for you and your team, offering a quick reference to your brand's mission, vision, goals, offerings, ideal clients, and brand voice (if copywriting is included in your package). Furthermore, it encompasses essential elements like brand colors and fonts. This playbook is entirely customizable and editable, empowering you to tailor it to your evolving needs. As your business grows, so does the playbook, making it a living, breathing document. Its adaptability ensures it remains relevant and beneficial throughout your journey. With the Brand Story Playbook, you have the tools to build and strengthen your brand consistently.
  • I need to have a branding photoshoot done. Can you help me make sure it's on brand?
    Of course! I offer a Brand Photoshoot Guide as an add-on for any of my branding packages.
  • Do you offer a payment plan?
    Yes. A 40% non-refundable downpayment is due to secure your spot. The remaining balance is paid at the completion of the project before final files are delivered and the website is launched. We can provide a payment plan that can be divided into three equal payments. Ask about our payment plan at the discovery call.
